General Order Information

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!

• Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 15 days from the order date. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.

We will only accept one coupon code per order.

If you purchase an item with a discount of 30% or more or purchase an item in our SALE categories, the items that the code covers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us. 

ONLINE POLICY:

APPAREL
We are at 2-7 business day turnaround.(this doesn't include weekends). You can choose priority mail shipping for a quicker shipping time but that doesn't mean package will ship instantly due to our turnaround times. That means the package will deliver to you within that time frame once in the hands of USPS. 

as of august 17th, 2020 *if an item you ordered becomes unavailable we will contact you within your order, we will no longer be replacing tees with another. we will be contacting you via email or phone....you will be given 24hrs to respond until store credit for those items or item is given via comment sold account.* 


SHIPPING
We are at a 2-5 business day processing time. We are closed to ONLINE orders on weekends and all major holidays.

Need something ASAP?

The priority shipping option at checkout is also includes our rush fee. This means your order will be moved up and shipped out via priority mail.

All orders are shipped first class, unless upgraded, with a tracking number that gives the buyer an update of the packages whereabouts. We ask that any tracking questions be directed towards USPS.

Once item is marked delivered by USPS we are no longer responsible for the package.

It takes an average of 3-5 days for delivery via first class. Priority mail takes an average of 1-3 days at for delivery. We have no control of the package once it is shipped. If you have yet to receive your package after 24 hrs of it being marked delivered, please consider filing a mail claim at USPS.com ..they will further assist you in finding your package. mistakes happen & things get lost but there is a way they will make it right. 


RETURN POLICY:
At Texas Heart, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better! *you will receive store credit for online and in store orders, no refunds* 

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you! texasheartjewelry@gmail.com

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
ALL JEWELRY & SHOES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE. They are final sale due to obvious reasons. 

  • Apparel can ONLY be returned for store credit. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 15 days of the date your order was delivered. 
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
  • Include your invoice with return package. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Merchandise may be returned for a Gift Card Code sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout, within 15 days of the date your order shipped from our boutique.
Complete the return form at the bottom left of our website.  
All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original tag in the clothing attached.
All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note the tracking number if applicable.
A gift card notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
*Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Hassle-Free Returns

We know, returns can be a hassle. We’ve worked really hard to keep the returns process simple so you can stay FABULOUS. We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know what to expect.

Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable. 

Exchanges

We have a limited number of styles featured on the site and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. But don't worry, we feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do, and we’ll issue you a store credit as soon as possible! If the right style is available in the correct size, you can use your new e-gift card to buy it!

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes things happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Our team is oh so skilled at packing and shipping orders fast! Once they initially process your order (usually within 1-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
